Fast delivery, well packaged, not sure why these rubber bands with handles are needed, much more effective to hold onto the wall and work on the lumbar area. A bit flimsy, I weigh 85kg, I feel the platform bends a little. It's a pity it's not made of metal, like our "Health" disc used to be.

I received it not in the best quality, and the shop refunded the amount, thankfully. Nice service. The product hurts a bit if you're on bear feet and does make a bit of noise while twisting.

Arrived well packaged, works very well. There is no more training. 🥰
